 Post subject: Mustard fillets

This isn't so much as a recipe but away to get your dry coating for fish to stick...
Use plain old yellow mustard and pour in a bowl....now pour your fillets in and mix..now put your fillets in what ever dry rub you have..(like lips..hint..hint!!).The mustard makes the rub stick really well,and gives the fillets a little extra flavor.
My wife hates mustard but loves fillets done like this.I bet this would also work well under a wet batter too..Nathan
